Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

As a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining our team in Coimbatore with 2 to 6 years of experience in the real estate sector, along with a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering. Your role will involve comprehensive management of costs and contracts, ensuring efficient budget control, and accurate project estimation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering factors such as materials, labor, and equipment. - Budget Management: Monitor construction budgets to ensure costs stay within approved limits. - Contract Management: Analyze and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors for compliance and cost-efficiency. - Tender Analysis: Evaluate tenders from potential contractors to determine the best value options. - Project Cost Reporting: Prepare and present regular cost reports and forecasts to management, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions. - Software Proficiency in Auto-CAD.
