We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Estimator to join our team at Lifeskapes by Sapna Jain.
If you have a strong eye for numbers, precision, and a good understanding of site execution, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for all ongoing and new projects.
Revise and update BOQs as per site progress, design revisions, or scope changes.
Track material quantities, costs, and variations accurately.
Regularly update project sheets/dashboards that are shared with clients.
Coordinate with the design, purchase, and site teams for smooth execution and accurate costing.
Ensure timely cost reporting and assist in maintaining budgets.
Suggest and implement efficient systems for estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and maintain clarity between design and execution teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior design or construction industry.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of estimation software is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
