Site In-Charge / Site Supervisor (Interior Projects)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site In-Charge to handle day-to-day site supervision for our interior projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing execution at site, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients, and ensuring quality work within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site work for interior projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Coordinate with design team, contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.

Monitor project progress and handle site issues proactively.

Maintain site records, material checklists, and daily reports.

Ensure safety protocols, finishing standards, and quality control are followed.

Report regularly to management on project updates and requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision.

Strong knowledge of materials, execution processes, and on-site problem-solving.

Ability to read drawings and ensure execution as per design.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage teams on-site.
