Position: Quality Trainee

Client Location: ITC LTD-SBU -Packaging & Printing -Chennai

Experience: 6 months to 1 Yr. Experience.

Gender: Male

CTC: Max Rs. 2.3 Lakhs / annum

Job Description:

Data Entry and Management:

- Maintain organized records of quality control data and documentation.

- Update and manage databases and spreadsheets for quality control purposes using Microsoft Excel.

Quality Control Support:

- Collaborate with the quality control team to verify and validate quality standards.

- Assist in the preparation of quality control reports and documentation.

- Product line clearance

Basic Analytics:

- Perform basic data analysis in Microsoft Excel to identify trends and insights related to forwarding.

- Generate regular reports and summaries for quality control management.

Communication and Documentation:

- Communicate and follow up with production to coordinate the movement of quality accepted materials.

- Maintain accurate records of all forwarding details.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to quality control.

- Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of all quality control activities.

Qualification:

• Any Diploma (Technical) or Graduate in B.Sc. Physics.

Additional Skills (Added Advantages)

• administrative support within a quality department.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and documentation requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and external customers
• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices is a plus.
