Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Trainee to support daily inspection activities, documentation, and quality improvement processes. This position offers hands-on learning of quality systems, measurement tools, and production standards within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in visual and dimensional inspection of components, tools, and assemblies.
• Learn and support the operation of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
• Maintain inspection reports, calibration logs, and quality documentation.
• Report non-conformances or deviations to the assigned engineer or supervisor.
• Participate in basic root cause analysis and corrective action discussions.
• Follow safety rules, housekeeping guidelines, and PPE requirements.
• Support implementation of ISO standards and internal quality procedures.

Key Skills Required

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and inspection processes.
• Eagerness to learn quality tools, measurement techniques, and standards.
• Good observation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow quality protocols.
• Effective communication and adaptability on the shop floor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / ITI.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment may apply.
