Location: Chakan, Pune.Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Competencies:
 Quality Management System - IATF Documentation - Audit Operations

 Reporting & Documentation - Process Improvements

 Defect Analysis using problem-solving tools (7QC tools, Why-Why analysis, 8D)

 Process Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Poka-yoke, 5S)

 Good Knowledge core tools: PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

 Geometrical Dimensions & TolerancesJob Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure process controls to meet product quality requirement.
• Pre-Dispatch Inspection Report (PDI)
• Handle instruments such as Vernier calliper, Depth gauge, Height Gauge, Micrometre, Go-NOGO gauges, Ring
• Gauges, Mechanical Comparator etc.
• Monitor in-process inspections and audits to identify deviations.
• Ensure the calibration of measuring and monitoring instruments, layout inspection, and third-party raw material
• inspection from an accredited laboratory.
• Implement and maintain quality standards as per IATF 16949

. Identify, analyse, and resolve shop floor non-conformities.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring defects.

Provide Quality Reports within 24 hours for customer complaints and facilitate closure through PDCA.

• Preparation of CAPA, 8D, PDCA for customer complaint & internal defects.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
• Timely prepared & submission of PPAP documents to customer regarding any New Product Development/ Product-
• Process Change.
• Prepare detailed process documentation, including work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Drive cost reduction projects to minimize the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality during New Product Development (NPD).
• Define inspection standards and acceptance criteria for new products.
• Conducting the T0 & T1 trial of new product on shop floor, & prepare the inspection report & trials reports.
• Conducting training
