Job Description

Demonstrate ownership & execute day-to-day lab activities to improve process & quality of products, sustainability of lab operations & accreditations.

Testing & correct data entry of quality parameters of all products in ERP system.

Communication with PBUT regarding process deviations & quality.

Ensure quality of the process by monitoring for NCs and handling & disposition of the finished goods, to meet the quality goal / objective of the company.
Monitor machines FPY % (First-Pass Yield) and escalate NCs to related AET members.
Monitor proficiency in testing and inter laboratory comparison to achieve accuracy in test reports.
Monitor & review Daily Performance Indicators (DPIs) of DMTs performance and take necessary corrective & preventive actions for deviation.
