JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conduct final inspection and functional testing of assembled EV chargers.
· Verify compliance to specifications, electrical safety standards, and customer requirements.
· Perform electrical, mechanical, and firmware-level checks prior to packing and dispatch.
· Generate and maintain Final QC reports, certificates, and documentation.
· Tag and isolate non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions.
· Coordinate with quality, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve issues.
· Ensure calibration and proper use of all testing instruments.
· Assist in customer audits, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), and documentation review.
