Quality Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that are in line with the overall business goals. Your role will involve managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. Additionally, you will be identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality. Monitoring and maintaining quality standards to ensure that products or services meet customer expectations will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage budgets for operational expenses and ensure cost-effective operations. - Supervise and motivate teams to achieve operational objectives and foster a positive work environment. - Identify operational risks and develop plans to mitigate them to ensure continuity of operations. - Work with other departments such as finance, marketing, and logistics to coordinate operational activities. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in operations management or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
