Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Specialist II to join our team at Watson Pharma Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, audit findings, and corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
