Quality Shift In charge Designation - Engineer/ Sr EngineerQualification - B. Tech Mechanical/chemical/CIPET or PGD PPT from CIPET Experience - Min 5 Years & above Job Responsibilities Shift Communication (HandOver and Take Over ) details from previous shift issues at each stage wise Manpower arrangement in the Shift Responsible for the Product Quality of all Process during Operation Ensure all Process should run as per defined SOP Decision for 1st Piece approval in every process & Ensure the TQM activities during shift operation Coordination with Production Team for Product approvals in different process Provide Training awareness with the Production & TQM guys & share the Customer requirements Knowledge in SAP Quality module Defect Analysis with Production team during Startup, restart of machine and Online inspection periods.. Focus on Critical to Quality at each stage wise and Customer Point of View Ensure Lab activities at Night Perform AQL activities as per Sampling Plan Customer Complaint Site Visit as & When required Good command in Excel & Power point. Skilled in making reports & Power point presentation & English communication skill
