New development & Safe launch Implementation - On time completion and submission of development related documents to customer and establish strong review mechanism in view of 0-cutomer issue on documentation related . 2.New Development claim closure - Lead time for development complaint action submission - 100% effectiveness of horizontal deployment of action taken Change management & Coordination with internal and external customer - On time implementation of changes with necessary approval from internal / external customer - Ensure that there should not any issue related to change management after implementation of changes Your Qualifications 5 Core Tools , 7QC Tools, 8D, Schaeffler 8D,Ishikawa/FTA, 3X5 Why, Management handbook (Group standard/ Procedure), Customer Specific requirement.
