Quality & Performance Specialist

NTT DATA is looking for a Quality & Performance Specialist to join the team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). As a Manual and TestComplete Automation Tester, your primary responsibility will be to ensure software quality through both manual and automated testing methods. You will be tasked with designing and executing manual test cases, developing and maintaining automated test scripts using TestComplete, identifying and reporting defects, as well as collaborating with other team members to ensure product quality. In this role, your key responsibilities will include designing and executing manual test cases based on functional requirements, identifying defects, and tracking them to resolution. You will also be required to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using the TestComplete automation testing tool. Additionally, creating and maintaining test documentation, reports, and test plans will be part of your routine tasks. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand product requirements and ensure quality is crucial. You will also need to identify, log, and track software defects efficiently, conduct regression testing to ensure application stability after changes, and ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual and automated testing, with a good understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in TestComplete, including scripting and automation techniques, is essential. A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing stages, and relevant software testing tools is also required. Problem-solving skills, good communication and collaboration abilities, analytical skills to analyze test results and identify trends, as well as make recommendations for improvement are important qualities for this role. The tools and technologies you will work with include TestComplete, ADO for bug tracking systems, and scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, C# Script, depending on the TestComplete configuration.
