Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for a Quality & Performance Specialist to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India. As a Manual and TestComplete Automation Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing methods. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing manual test cases, developing and maintaining automated test scripts using TestComplete, identifying and reporting defects, collaborating with team members to ensure product quality, conducting regression testing, and ensuring compliance with testing standards and best practices. You should have experience in manual and automated testing, a good understanding of testing methodologies, and proficiency in TestComplete, including scripting and automation techniques. Additionally, you should have knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing stages, relevant software testing tools, strong problem-solving skills, good communication and collaboration skills, and analytical abilities to analyze test results and make recommendations for improvement.
