Quality Officer – Laboratory (Civil)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Officer – Laboratory with strong QA/QC expertise to ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, procedures, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laboratory audits, testing standards, and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in the laboratory.
• Maintain and control laboratory documentation, records, and reports.
• Support internal and external laboratory audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable testing standards and quality requirements.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions related to quality issues.
• Assist in continuous improvement of laboratory quality systems.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes.
• Experience in laboratory documentation and audits.
• Familiarity with ASTM / AASHTO / BS standards.
• ISO/IEC 17025 experience will be a strong advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a laboratory quality role.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
