About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-driven Senior Quality Manager to oversee and ensure impeccable quality standards across our real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a quality champion with deep expertise in QA/QC processes, project finishing standards, vendor approvals, and precast technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA/QC processes across all construction sites, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards.

Drive the quality inspection cycle, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Evaluate, onboard, and approve vendors based on structured quality assessments and compliance protocols.

Play a pivotal role in maintaining project finishing qualityfrom structural stages to handover.

Streamline Quality Control documentation and implement best practices across project lifecycles.

Ensure precast component quality and installation adheres to specified tolerances and standards.

Prepare and deliver presentations and quality dashboards to the HOD and cross-functional teams.

Lead internal and third-party audits, and manage client inspections with a proactive and professional approach.

Develop and mentor quality teams to build a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (Master’s is a plus)

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC within Real Estate/Construction industry

Strong hands-on knowledge in precast technology, project finishing, and construction standards

Proven experience in dealing with consultants, vendors, and project management teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills – must be able to present to HODs and Senior Leadership

Familiarity with ISO/IS standards, quality certifications, and statutory requirements
