     Description: 
    Proven experience in quality management roles within the mineral industry or Bentonite, Limestore, Clay dolomite etc. Thorough understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools. Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify root causes of quality issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. Leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate teams, drive change, and champion quality initiatives. Proficiency in quality management software and tools for data analysis, documentation, and reporting.responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements, regulatory standards, and industry specifications. Quality Management System: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards or other relevant regulations.Ensure all quality processes and procedures are documented and adhered to. Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits of mining operations and product quality. Analyze quality data and develop strategies to address any issues. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes to enhance quality and efficiency.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards. Prepare and submit required quality reports and documentation to regulatory bodies. Team Leadership: Manage and develop the quality assurance team. Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures. Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet required quality standards.Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints and quality issues promptly and effectively.Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular quality reports for senior management.Maintain accurate records of quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
