Job Description

Looking for a skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Medicover Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of medical services.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care policies and procedures.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
Provide training and coaching to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the organization.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulations.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with quality management software and systems is an asset.
