As a Female Quality Manager in Sales, your role is vital for maintaining product consistency, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the company's reputation. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) and processes to ensure product consistency and reliability. - Monitoring key quality metrics and statistical data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. - Working closely with sales, product development, engineering, and other teams to integrate quality into the product lifecycle and resolve issues. - Leading initiatives for continuous improvement and implementing corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues. - Leading, training, and developing the quality control and assurance team to enhance their skills and performance. In addition, you should possess the following essential skills: - Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement effective solutions. - Clear communication skills to convey complex information to different teams and stakeholders and influence teams to follow standards. - Strong understanding of the product, manufacturing processes, and quality management methodologies. - Effective leadership and motivational skills to achieve quality goals. - Ability to make informed decisions that balance quality with cost-efficiency and production timelines. The office is located at Netaji Subhash Place with office timings from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
