Quality Manager GIS/PASS

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing experienced professionals in the Manufacturing Quality Assurance field, defining and implementing quality standards, auditing manufacturing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. As a Manager (M3), you will play a key role in policy and strategy implementation for short-term results, influencing others, and addressing difficult to moderately complex problems. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, deploy, and maintain a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture within the operating unit - Act as a role model for Quality and Continuous Improvement culture, influencing employees to support strategies - Advocate for customers in Quality-related issues, manage Quality and CI function, and drive towards a learning organization - Collect Voice of Customer feedback, analyze data, and ensure customer satisfaction - Establish, implement, and continuously improve Quality Management System, identify areas for improvement, and oversee processes - Ensure effective change management processes, accurate documentation, and coordinate audit programs - Perform audits, analyze Quality data, identify risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility and caring for colleagues and the business Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree in Bachelor / Masters in Engineering with relevant work experience - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required,
