1. System Awareness
Strong knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
Hands-on experience in ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 3834 documentation and implementation.
2. Customer & Third-Party Interaction
Ability to handle customer and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) audits, reviews, and documentation.
Ensure smooth communication with clients and inspectors regarding quality requirements.
3. Fabrication Process Knowledge
Sound understanding of fabrication processes such as cutting, punching, stamping, bending, welding, and assembly operations.
4. Material Standards & Testing
Expertise in material grades and standards (IS, BSEN, JIS, ASTM).
Familiar with testing methods such as Spectro analysis and Universal Testing Machine (UTM).
Knowledge of NDT methods like PT, VT, UT, MT, etc.
5. System & Process Improvement
Proficient in problem-solving techniques such as 8D methodology and 7 QC tools.
Capable of leading rework and rejection analysis and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Training & Leadership
Ability to train and mentor employees as per job requirements.
Capable of managing daily quality-related activities and leading the quality team effectively.
Skilled in working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
7. Compliance & Certifications
Knowledge of EN 1090 requirements (CE marking) and its application in fabrication and welding processes.
Preferred knowledge of welding processes and inspection methods.
