Experiences: overall 12+ years of experiences in Manager Quality we need candidate from BPO/KPO industry mandatory from Domestic Process (Artificial Intelligences project) Salary: Depends upon the round of interview Qualification - Graduate mandatory Mandatory: Six Sigma Role and Responsibility: Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure adherence to company standards. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes. Manage a team of quality analysts and provide necessary training and guidance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
