Key Responsibilities:

1.Quality Management System (QMS)

2.Process & Product Quality

Selecting the appropriate processes to achieve manufacturing targets as per product specifications.

Analyse customer complaints, implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

3.Inspection & Product Testing

Process / product Improvement & Verify the root cause, determination of Complaints and effectiveness of Correction action

4.Continuous improvement

Monitoring Customer PPM, Problem solving on time and to ensure the Quality as per the Customer requirements.

Monitoring the Warranty data & corrective action implementation & execution.

Collaborated R&D /Suppliers for technical /design and implement effective change management product & process.

5.Team leadership & Training

Developed and implemented a comprehensive training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensuring adherence of best practices.

Build a culture of quality awareness across the organization.

6.Customer & supplier interaction

Monitoring Customer PPM, Issues and Problem solving on time and to ensure the Quality as per the Customer requirements Collaborate with suppliers for quality improvement incoming material inspection. Ensure effective communication with clients on quality-related matters.

Ensure Product quality in assigned programs through fulfilment of workman ship standards.
