Quality Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a Batching Plant Engineer (13 years experience) to support the operations of our in-house RMC batching plant for Mivan high-rise residential projects. The role involves assisting in production, monitoring quality, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring smooth functioning of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operation of the batching plant and ensure timely production of concrete.
• Monitor raw material availability (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water) and report shortages.
• Operate batching control systems and ensure accurate batching as per approved mix designs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for cube casting, slump tests, and laboratory trials.
• Maintain daily production logs, plant records, and calibration reports.
• Support in scheduling and dispatching transit mixers to site as per project needs.
• Monitor plant equipment and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure environmental compliance during operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in RMC batching plant operations (in-house or commercial).
• Exposure to Mivan high-rise residential projects preferred.
• Basic knowledge of concrete mix design, QA/QC processes, and material testing.
• Familiarity with batching plant automation systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills with willingness to learn.
