Quality Intermediate Analyst

As a Quality Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for independently leading quality control reviews, applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and quality review methodologies. You will typically deal with variable quality issues with potentially broader business impact and apply professional judgment when interpreting quality review data. Additionally, you will develop non-routine procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports, and work with Senior Management to address and resolve broader quality issues. Providing guidance to lower level analysts and applying a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the goals of the subfunction/job family will be part of your role. You will be dealing with most problems independently and have some latitude to solve complex problems by integrating in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Your work will have a moderate but direct impact through quality and timeliness of services provided that affect your own team and closely related teams. Key Responsibilities: - Independently lead quality control reviews - Develop non-routine procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports - Provide guidance to lower level analysts - Apply project management skills - Develop communication and diplomacy skills to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information - Assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets Qualifications: - At least 5+ years of experience in automation test development with technologies such as Selenium with Java-BDD Framework, REST API testing, SQL/Oracle, REST Assured, Dev Ops tools, Docker, JavaScript - Experience in Performance testing with tools like JMeter, Load Runner - Experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks - Knowledge in creating and maintaining Quality/Assurance documentation - Hands-on experience in database and functional testing - Experience with JAVA, JUNIT/TESTNG, TeamCity/Jenkins, Postman, Bit Bucket, JIRA - Experience working in Agile software development methodology - Exposure to API testing platforms like swagger and Postman Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides an overview of the role of a Quality Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup.
