Quality Intermediate Analyst

As a Quality Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for independently leading quality control reviews by applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and quality review methodologies. You will typically deal with variable quality issues with potentially broader business impact and provide guidance to lower-level analysts. Your role will also involve developing non-routine procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports, as well as working with Senior Management to address and resolve broader quality issues. Additionally, you will need to apply project management skills and demonstrate attention to detail when making judgments based on factual information. Key Responsibilities: - Independently lead quality control reviews - Develop non-routine procedural documentation - Work with Senior Management to address broader quality issues - Provide guidance to lower level analysts - Apply project management skills - Demonstrate attention to detail when making judgments based on factual information Qualifications: - Previous experience in consumer banking, customer service, or data management/control function - 5+ years of relevant experience Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience In addition to the above requirements, you should have at least 5+ years of experience in automation test development with technologies such as Selenium with Java-BDD Framework, REST API testing, SQL/Oracle, REST Assured. You should also have experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks, creating and maintaining Quality/Assurance documentation, and working with tools like JAVA, JUNIT/TESTNG, TeamCity/Jenkins, Postman, Bit Bucket, and JIRA. Experience in Agile software development methodology and strong communication skills are also essential for this role.,
