Quality Intermediate Analyst

As a Quality Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for independently leading quality control reviews and applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and quality review methodologies. You will typically deal with variable quality issues with potentially broader business impact and apply professional judgment when interpreting quality review data. Your role will involve developing non-routine procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports, as well as working with Senior Management to address and resolve broader quality issues. Providing guidance to lower level analysts and applying project management skills will be essential in accomplishing the goals of the subfunction/job family. Key Responsibilities: - Independently lead quality control reviews and apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and quality review methodologies - Develop non-routine procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports - Work with Senior Management to address and resolve broader quality issues - Provide guidance to lower level analysts - Apply project management skills - Requires attention to detail when making judgments based on the analysis of factual information - May occasionally provide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members Qualifications: - Previous experience in consumer banking, customer service, or data management/control function - 5+ years of relevant experience Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience In addition to the primary job description provided, it is required that you have at least 5+ years of experience in automation test development with technologies such as Selenium with Java-BDD Framework, REST API testing, SQL/Oracle, and REST Assured. You should also have experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks, knowledge in creating and maintaining Quality/Assurance documentation, and experience with JAVA, JUNIT/TESTNG, TeamCity/Jenkins, Postman, Bit Bucket, and JIRA. Experience working in Agile software development methodology and good communication skills are also necessary for this role.
