Quality Inspector-Refractory

Diploma /B.E./B. Tech. in Ceramic Engineering (Minimum Experience required – 05 year)

Knowledge of Brick sampling as per relevant standard.

- Physical and Lab testing of Shaped Refractory (Solid, Checker & PCPF)

- Knowledge of Physical and Lab testing of Silica Bricks, Insulating Bricks,

Anti-acid bricks etc.

- Knowledge of Physical and Lab testing of Monolithic (Mortar & castable

gunning material).

- Knowledge of all testing like Apparent Porosity, Bulk Density Creep, RUL,

CCS, LTE, Thermal Shock Resistance etc.

- Knowledge of various testing standards in IS/ASTM/DIN/ISO/EN.

- Certificate API 936 preferable

Job Profile : -

- Inspection in various locations at different manufacturer works

- Inspection at Third Party Laboratory.

- Documentation

- Manufacturing status updates

- Coordination with vendor and customer.

- Coordination with Technical /Project Manager for management of project.

- Good Knowledge of Computer skill.

- Good Communication and analytical skill.

- Ready to travel frequently and on short notice for inspection.

- Experience in manufacturing of refractory material is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
