We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to oversee the quality of products in our manufacturing process. The role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished goods to ensure they meet internal and regulatory standards. The Quality Controller plays a key part in maintaining product consistency, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured products to verify compliance with quality specifications. Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage of the manufacturing line. Record and report defective materials or products , ensuring prompt corrective action. Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and visual inspection techniques to assess product quality. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results , test records , and non-conformances . Assist in the implementation of ISO standards , lean manufacturing , and 5S practices where applicable. Ensure proper handling and calibration of quality control equipment. Participate in audits and help enforce health and safety and compliance policies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or diplomas in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering are preferred. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or industrial setting . Proficient in the use of measurement and inspection tools . Understanding of manufacturing processes , drawings , tolerances , and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications . Strong attention to detail , organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities . Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced , shift-based , or industrial environments .
