Quality Inspector

**Job Description:** As a Quality Inspector, your role will involve conducting thorough inspections of products on the production line to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. You will be responsible for visually inspecting products using techniques to identify defects, irregularities, or deviations from product specifications. Additionally, your key responsibilities will include: - Setting approval for products on the production line - Compiling line inspection reports - Clearing rejections and recording them at the end of each shift - Reading and writing log notes at the beginning of every shift - Verifying the availability of SOPs and gauges on all machines - Verifying updates on PMC & PTC - Ensuring proper identification tags are placed on all trays and bins - Maintaining 5S in the inspection area **Key Requirements:** - Education: Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field - Experience: 0-1 years in a quality inspection role, preferably in manufacturing - Knowledge of quality tools and measuring instruments In addition to the key responsibilities and requirements mentioned above, the job type for this role is Full-time, Permanent, and is open to Freshers.
