Quality Inspector

You will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with internal and external specifications. Your key responsibilities will include inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products for quality and compliance. You will need to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to understand quality standards and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. It will be your duty to document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and communicating quality issues to the production team while assisting in identifying corrective actions. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining calibration of inspection equipment and tools, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, participating in root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. To qualify for this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in Quality Control or a related field would be advantageous. Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role within manufacturing or production is required. Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, as well as strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes will also be beneficial. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of 15000-22000.
