You will be responsible for ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime. This includes conducting and overseeing maintenance process audits, diagnosing faults, and undertaking planned maintenance tasks. You will be required to establish different maintenance procedures and protocols, as well as train staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures. In the event of major equipment breakdowns, you will need to respond promptly and effectively. You will also be involved in forecasting and strategic planning for system overhauls and upgrades, considering long-term maintenance costs. Supervising other engineering and technical staff will be part of your role, along with procuring, testing, and commissioning specialist components, fixtures, or fittings. Collaboration with the maintenance director and other executives will be essential in managing budgets. You will set and track maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient operations. Additionally, you will play an active role in helping the organization establish and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance program. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, or rotational shifts. The ability to commute or relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is required for this in-person role.,
