We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector (Hexagon) to join our team at KR Puram. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Hexagon CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operations and a strong understanding of quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional inspection using Hexagon CMM and other quality instruments.
• Ensure components and assemblies meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving non-conformities and defects.
• Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain inspection equipment calibration and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing setup.
• Hands-on experience in Hexagon CMM operations (mandatory).
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
