The Quality Inspector serves as a technical and administrative member of the Quality team, operating within the guidelines set forth by corporate policy and company procedures. The individual is responsible for ensuring Quality Control standards are maintained in alignment with the Crown Quality System.

Role & responsibilities

Conduct the
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
process for
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the assembly and testing of machines meet high-quality standards.
Communicate test results and ensure necessary adjustments are made during the testing phase.
Maintain detailed records of all testing processes, outcomes, and issues identified.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with the
FAT/SAT
(Site Acceptance Test) process.
Proficiency in quality tools such as
7QC
(Seven Basic Quality Tools) and
CAPA
(Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Ability to read and interpret drawings, Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs)
, and Bill of Materials
(BOM)
.
Strong understanding of essential measuring instruments and their correct usage,
Sound knowledge of machine elements, both mechanical and electrical.
Basic with
PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface),
and
IPC (Industrial PC)
systems.
Good knowledge and experience in handling test record documentation
