Job Title: Quality Inspector – Automobile Manufacturing Location: Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune, Maharashtra Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Job Summary:We are hiring a Quality Inspector for our automobile manufacturing unit at Ranjangaon MIDC. The candidate will be responsible for conducting visual and dimensional inspection of components and assemblies to ensure they meet defined quality standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities:Perform visual inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished automotive components. Conduct dimensional inspection using tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, specifications, and control plans. Identify non-conformities and report quality issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes. Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure adherence to quality objectives.
