Job Title: Quality Control Executive – Furniture Location: Ahmedabad Company: Arcedior Department: Quality / Production Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Executive to inspect and ensure the quality of furniture products before dispatch. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, the ability to identify defects, and experience in furniture inspection processes. Key Responsibilities: Inspect furniture products at various stages of production and before final dispatch. Identify quality issues, defects, or damages in materials, finishes, fittings, or workmanship. Prepare inspection reports and maintain records of rejected items. Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure all products meet quality standards, design specifications, and client expectations. Recommend improvements to production processes to enhance product quality. Monitor packaging and dispatch to ensure damage-free delivery. Conduct random quality checks at vendor or warehouse locations when required. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in furniture quality inspection. Strong knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, finishes, and manufacturing processes. Excellent attention to detail and observation skills. Ability to work independently and take prompt decisions. Basic knowledge of inspection tools, measuring equipment, and reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualification: Diploma or degree in Furniture Design / Interior Design / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
