Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Control (QC) team to monitor and maintain product quality across all stages of lens production.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols specific to optical lens manufacturing (e.g., scratch resistance, clarity, curvature).
• Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process components, and finished lenses.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry-specific regulations (e.g., ANSI Z80.1 for ophthalmic lenses).
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, working closely with production and engineering teams.
• Maintain documentation of QC activities, test results, and corrective actions.
• Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and defect identification.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
• Report quality metrics and improvement plans to senior management.
