Job Description

As a Plant Quality Head (Assistant Manager) with 10+ years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Knowledge of Press shop process including Press Tools and Press part Defects analysis - Familiarity with Weld Shop process encompassing Projection welding and Robotic welding - Understanding of Destructive Tests such as Weld penetration, Tensile testing, and Load Test - Awareness of IATF, QMS, TPM & Exposure to VDA6.3 for added advantage - Basic knowledge of Receiving Inspection and Chemical Testing of RM grades - Proficiency in Problem-solving tools like 8D, 4M1T, Why Why Analysis - Basic understanding of CMM and Polyworks software - Comprehensive knowledge of MSA, PFMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP - Effective communication skills with fluency in English Location: Aurangabad (Maharashtra) Contact: 6261169737 Please note that certification as an Internal Auditor is not mandatory for this role.
