About the Role

We are looking for a young, detail-oriented Construction Quality Expert to join our team at Bandhoo, which is India’s leading Construction Technology company. This role is critical in ensuring that CONSTRA (Bandhoo’s Quality management solution) has the best features for Quality teams to use.

The position combines traditional real-estate quality assessment with technology-driven quality improvement, working closely with the engineering team to support AI-based snag identification.

This role has two key responsibilities:

• Enhancing CONSTRA product’s quality management features through AI-enabled snag detection
• On-site quality assessment for client projects during POC/ Pilot

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Quality Improvement (Product & Engineering Collaboration)

• Work closely with the engineering/product team to enhance Constra’s AI-powered snag detection capabilities.
• Share domain knowledge to train and refine AI models for identifying quality issues from site images and videos.
• Provide structured feedback on AI output and suggest improvements to increase accuracy.
• Help design quality workflows and standards that integrate both manual and AI-based quality checks.
• Collaborate in testing and validating new product features related to quality assessment.

2. On-Site Quality Assessment (Traditional Quality Role)

• Conduct site visits for all assigned projects and assess work quality at every stage of construction.
• Identify snags, defects, deviations, and incomplete work in line with construction and finishing standards.
• Prepare detailed quality reports highlighting issues, required corrections, and observations.
• Verify workmanship, materials, finishing levels, and compliance with execution standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and planning teams to ensure timely rectification of snags.
• Track and follow up on closure of all identified quality issues.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 years of experience in real estate, construction quality control, site QA, or finishing QA.
• Strong understanding of construction stages, snag identification, and finishing standards.
• Ability to evaluate workmanship and detect quality issues across civil, finishing, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Good report-writing skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as required.
• Interest in technology, digital tools, and AI-based quality systems (training will be provided).
• Ability to work collaboratively with planning, engineering, and product teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
