1. Quality Management System (QMS):
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring hospital-wide quality policies and procedures.
Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain documentation related to QMS, including manuals, SOPs, and checklists.
2. Accreditation & Compliance:
Support departments in preparing and maintaining compliance with NABH / ISO standards.
Conduct mock drills, internal assessments, and gap analyses before audits.
Coordinate with external auditors and accreditation bodies.
3. Patient Safety & Feedback:
Monitor incident reporting, near misses, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Track and analyze patient feedback, complaints, and satisfaction surveys.
Assist in implementing corrective actions for improvement.
4. Training & Awareness:
Conduct or coordinate training sessions for staff on quality standards, infection control, and patient safety.
Promote quality culture and continuous improvement across departments.
5. Data Management & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and present quality indicators and performance data.
Generate monthly quality reports for management review.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and initiate quality improvement projects.
Collaborate with department heads to standardize best practices.
