Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies. You will focus on enhancing the testing process by implementing key metrics and methodologies, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills: -- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices and Uipath technology.- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making.- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification15 years full time education
