Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Good to have skills : Selenium, Harness, JMeter

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. Your role will also encompass defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills: -- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning, Selenium.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium.- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.- Experience in developing end-to-end testing strategies.- Proficient in defining and implementing key metrics for testing processes.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. ?Cloud Testing & Quality Assurance: Proficient in cloud testing frameworks and tools for Microsoft Azure, with strong knowledge of functional, performance, and security testing for cloud-based applications.?Automation & Test Design: Experienced in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Postman, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans for cloud infrastructure and services as well as expertise in API testing and validation for cloud-native applications.?Scripting & Compliance: Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python for test automation, with a solid understanding of Cloud SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and ability to identify and mitigate risks during cloud testing phases.
