Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the application lifecycle. By focusing on end-to-end testing, you will drive quality improvements and ensure that testing processes are effectively managed and assessed, ultimately contributing to the success of the projects you oversee. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies across various applications. - Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive improvements. - Familiarity with defect management tools and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
