Quality Engineering Analyst

As a Quality Engineering Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for ensuring the validation of project requirements and deliverables to meet quality goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that development processes and software life cycles are followed. - Following direction from QA Lead for process improvement opportunities. - Creating test plans and test cases to verify and validate project requirements. - Executing testing across browsers and environments (development, testing, and production). - Performing multiple types of testing for various digital assets like emails, websites, banners, etc. - Estimating and scheduling testing efforts. - Creating automated reusable testing assets that meet industry standards. In order to excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - Problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team - Written and verbal communication skills - Ability to establish strong client relationships - Advanced computer skills - Desired experience working with software developers - Experience writing and executing different types of tests - Basic knowledge of different testing types: stress, performance, functional test - Experience testing in web, mobile, and responsive sites - Experience writing bugs and providing feedback to team members - Knowledge of software life cycles - Ability to follow instructions for exhaustive reviews of deliverables - Good written English skills for describing issues and providing clear instructions for error reproduction - Reporting issues and reproduction instructions accurately and on time - Providing accurate status updates on assignments - Gathering team metrics Additionally, candidates with knowledge in Quality Services and processes, automation testing tools, and software or Quality Assurance certifications will be preferred.
