Job Description

QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Quality Assurance & Project Processes:
Review and approve all project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain a comprehensive documentation control system to manage and track all project documents.
Conduct regular audits of project documentation to identify and rectify any discrepancies or non-conformities.

Drawing Quality Assurance:

Verify and validate project drawings for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with design standards.
Coordinate with design and Project engineering teams to resolve any issues or inconsistencies in project drawings.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Develop and implement quality control plans for project documentation and drawings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular quality audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in project quality processes and documentation practices.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality.
Provide training and support to project teams on quality standards and procedures.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
Provide regular updates on quality status, issues, and resolutions to senior management.
Address any quality-related concerns or queries from project teams and clients.
