Quality Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the auto parts manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and industry standards to ensure consistent product quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, height gauges, micrometers, etc. Prepare and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation as per customer requirements. Implement and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Monitor and improve quality performance by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions. Support internal and external audits. Collaborate with production, design, and supplier teams to address quality-related issues. Assist in the development of quality procedures and work instructions. Required Skills & Competencies: Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments (bore gauge, height gauge, micrometer, etc.) Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Proven experience with PPAP documentation and processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
