Quality Engineer (QA/QC)

As a Quality Control Inspector at our company, your main responsibilities will include: - Inspecting and Testing Products: You will be conducting quality inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from standards. - Implementing Quality Procedures: It will be your duty to ensure compliance with established quality control procedures and standards by implementing and monitoring quality systems. - Addressing Quality Issues: You will investigate quality concerns, provide feedback to production teams, and work to find solutions for defects and other quality problems. - Documentation: Developing and maintaining records, including inspection reports, quality control data, and audit findings will be a crucial part of your role. - Process Improvement: Monitoring product and process performance to identify areas for improvement and helping to revise processes to reduce defects will also be a key responsibility. - Customer Feedback: Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality will be part of your job scope. - Training: Educating and training other employees on quality control standards and procedures will also be required. Qualifications Required: - Preferred background in Cement Knowledge, Construction, or Real Estate. - Male candidates are preferred. - Candidates from Delhi NCR region are preferred.
