Job Description

Job Title: Quality Engineer Supplier Experience: 45 years Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering Industry: Heavy Fabrication / Sheet Metal / Crushers & Screeners Job Description: Handle PPAP, FAIR documentation and approvals. Prepare inspection reports and check sheets for new products. Conduct process audits and ensure NPPD compliance. Inspect fabrication, sheet metal, and machined parts . Identify critical dimensions and create quality plans. Work with suppliers for quality improvements and introduce jigs/fixtures . Solve quality issues using tools like 8D, 7QC, and FMEA . Support continuous improvement and maintain quality records. Key Skills: PPAP, APQP, GD&T, SPC Sheet metal, welding, and machining knowledge Supplier quality handling Drawing interpretation and measuring instruments Good communication and problem-solving skills
