Job Title: Quality Engineer Job Location: Noida Sector-1 (Work from office) Education: B.Tech/ B.E (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Manual & Automation Testing Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing concepts and methodologies, with experience in both manual and automation testing. They should be proficient in detecting and classifying bugs based on severity and priority and possess excellent skills in defect reporting. Experience in functional, regression, re-testing, and sanity testing is essential. Responsibilities: Demonstrate a good understanding of testing concepts and methodologies. Have good knowledge of the test execution process, defect life cycle, and test plan. Detect bugs and classify them based on severity and priority. Report defects effectively with excellent skills in defect reporting. Conduct manual & automation testing, including functional, regression, re-testing, and sanity testing. Prepare traceability matrix to map business requirements with test cases. Interact with teams for better understanding of functional requirements for developing quality test cases. Design and execute test cases to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled. Create, modify, and enhance both manual test cases and automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Handle List-Box and have experience in designing POM (Page Object Module) classes. Execute test scripts on Firefox and Chrome browsers. Have good experience in automating Web Applications using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG Framework. Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested software continues to perform correctly after code changes. Work on functional testing to verify that the application meets its intended requirements. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role. Proficient in testing concepts and methodologies. Excellent understanding of the test execution process, defect life cycle, and test plan. Experience in manual & automation testing, including functional, regression, re-testing, and sanity testing. Proficient in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Experience in creating, modifying, and enhancing both manual test cases and automated test scripts. Experience in automating Web Applications using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG Framework. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
