Job Title: Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control:

Oversee product quality from incoming materials to the final product, ensuring they meet all defined specifications and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular inspections and tests of products, processes, and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Identify and address any quality issues or deviations promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
Prepare detailed quality reports for management and ensure transparency of quality metrics.
Assist in the preparation of quality documentation and manuals as required.

Internal Audits & Compliance:

Conduct internal audits to verify the effectiveness of the quality management system and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Ensure proper implementation of ISO/TS standards or other relevant quality certifications.

Root Cause Analysis:

Investigate any non-conformities and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring quality issues.
Provide input for continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing waste, defects, and inefficiencies.
